The main picture was taken from the public road, so you can get a sense of how spacious and private our 2 acre property is. This vacation property offers a relaxing setting unlike any other rental you can find. Other rentals are in subdivisions, which means houses practically sit on top each other, and your neighbors are only feet away (that's why other ads have photos only showing a close up of the house without property around it). We carefully selected a property to provide the ideal, stress free vacation experience with plenty of space and privacy, while close to all the attractions. Feel like you're in the country while only 15 minutes from Orlando Airport, about 15- 20 min. from Downtown Orlando, International Drive, Disney and other theme parks, all easily accessible by nearby expressway. Plenty of shopping / restaurants are only minutes away. We take care of our guests. This vacation property is owned and managed by Michael Friml

Great house !

We stayed for 5 nights with our teenage daughter. The privacy of the pool was great. The house was clean. Wish we had stayed for the whole week just to sit and chill out. There were bikes, ping pong, pool table, lots of VHS tapes and some DVDs. Stereo in the master bedroom. (We listened to music while we ate) We saw a turtle, lizards, frog, red tail hawk. Chickens and goats in the neighborhood. Walmart was really close and lots of resturants within a few miles. There is also a family room with a futon and another recliner; great, quiet place to read. Hope to stay again!

Great place to stay

We loved this house. The location was perfect for us, close to everything we needed and far enough that it felt like we were leaving the chaos of the parks behind us. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool & watching the jets fly over, some noise from that but worth it for convenience to airport. Movies at the house for all ages if nothing on T.V. Wish we were able to stay longer to relax at the house. Michael was a call away if any questions or issues. Very lush tropical yard with little lizards and frogs my son loved to search for. Would recommend to anyone and will stay again if going to that area. Thank you so much Michael

Wonderful Vacation

My dad owns timeshare and I've been to many vacation homes before. However, Michael's home was the most family friendly home that I've ever visited. We were 2 adults and 5 children. Everyone had their own comfortable space to sleep, eat and play. We love to cook and and every possible kitchen utensil was available. The only things we needed were bath soap and soap to wash our clothes with which is only right to use what we like.

As for Michael he is a very patient and helpful person. My car wouldn't start one day and he sent me to a really honest and quick mechanic who was excellent(Delta Transmission Corp). Thanks for everything. Our Disney trip was saved. Also, Michael is one of the only homeowners on HomeAway that allows you to book his home and pay no money til you get there. We had so much fun and thanks again for everything.

PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY!!

1st trip to Disney! michigan

This was our first trip to Orlando and it was amazing! The house was beautiful, very clean and close to everything. We went to disney for two days, we did the pirate dinner show, and went to cocoa beach for the day. Inexpensive grocery store right down the street. Michael was very nice and helpful. We would definately stay at the house again and I recommend it to anyone! Thank you for a great week!
