Hello, we are Teresa and Michael and we are the property owners and managers. Years ago we carefully selected a secluded 1+acre property to provide the ideal, stress free vacation experience with plenty of space and privacy, while still close to all the attractions. This vacation property offers a relaxing setting unlike any other rental you can find. Other rentals are in subdivisions, which means the houses practically sit on top each other, and your neighbors are only feet away.

At the very beginning, in 2003, we had our vacation property originally listed with cyberrentals.com before it became homeaway.com. We were one of their first clients. This fun rental experience has been stable through today thanks to our more than 200 satisfied families.

Will you be needing to rent a car on your vacation? Ask us about our van that can be included in your package..

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

HOW to BOOK ?:

1. CHECK AVAILABILITY calendar for your dates. Available days are in the white color and are updated frequently.

2. PICK YOUR DAYS and send me your immediate inquiry indicating your start and end of your vacation, and number of people in your party.

3. You will then promptly get my response email.

4. To book your vacation pay $250 security deposit and $99 cleaning deposit via credit card or PayPal (Money Orders/Cashiers Checks will also be accepted via mail). At receipt of these deposits your reservation will be confirmed and booked.

5. Balance of Vacation Rental Amount will be due upon arrival at the home (same payment methods accepted).

Our family of four enjoyed a week in Michael's home and can highly recommend it. The listing is accurate, the property clean and well kept, and customer service was outstanding.

An awesome place to stay when visiting Orlando!

We enjoyed Mike's house very much during our 8 night stay in Orlando while we visited Disney World and Universal Studios. Disney is about 25 minutes away and Universal is about 15-20. There's a walmart and 7/11 very close by as well. The house is just as pictured here on homeaway and we were quite happy with our accommodations.

First Vacation Rental Experience

Being that this was our first vacation rental, we were somewhat skeptical. But Mike put any and all our doubts to rest by percisely describing the home and property. He made the entire process very simple by accepting the final payment on arrival., allowing entry to the property without him being there and checking in on us on a regular basis.

You will notice that this is one of the few properties in the neighborhood that has different breeds of palm trees. Privacy is at a premium and there are no limitations on the use of the pool like at the resorts. My four year old was very into the nice pool and the little lizards.My two girls were very sad about leaving, so they made me promise to bring them back at a later date.

Mike - two thumbs up man. We will be back and will recommend your rental to our family and friends.

Private and Roomy

House was very private, clean, and roomy. Kids had a blast in the pool and the location was close to eating and shopping. Disney and the beaches were only a short drive. Mike was very attentive and ready to serve. Would definitely return and will be recommending to friends!

Great and private

Stayed four nights had a wonderful time. Two adults and two children. Location was convenient to beaches and parks. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lot was very private and Mike was extremely courteous and helpful. Would stay here again!!!
