Custom built, completed January 2004, on almost 2 acres, 1.8 miles from gorgeous Long Beach which has parking, restrooms, bike trails, nature trails, convenient to airport, and all the major towns, minutes from other bike/ walking trails.

Beach towels/beach sheets, kids beach toys, boogie boards; DVD & VHS movies, games, retro-Atari game system, puzzles; screened-in porch; deck furniture; portable fans, fan in master bedroom; ping pong table and Foosball table in basement; blender. Flat screen in family room. TV in downstairs bedroom. New flat screen in master bedroom!

Longpoint Escape sits on almost 2 secluded acres one and a half miles from gorgeous, family friendly Long Point Beach, along with nature and hiking trails. We are one mile from the bike trails and centrally located near all the towns. We provide all paper goods, cleaning products, pillows, blankets & towels. We have a fully stocked kitchen w/spices and utensils. Plus a new in 2010 gas BBQ and a big ol'deck for grilling. A screened-in sun porch w/teak deck furniture, books/ videos/DVD's for adults & kids, games, puzzles, ping pong table, Foosball, Atari Flashback video games (40!), beach toys, boogie boards, and a Wonder Wheeler Deluxe beach cart for getting all that stuff there! We keep this house well maintained every year in April with a thorough 3 day cleaning inside and out, top to bottom from a professional cleaning company that comes in from Connecticut. Our lawn is chemical free and very family friendly! We provide conventional as well as green cleaning products- no extra fee!

For the second time in a row, we had a wonderful time at the Long Point Escape. The home is perfect for families, especially with young children as there are toys, a Pack & Play, and enough DVD's to watch for an entire summer. The home was artfully built with beautiful simple touches that make it a true retreat. It is a very peaceful property which we look forward to visiting again soon!

We had a spectacular time at Longpoint Escape! We rode out Hurricane Earl & enjoyed the big surf that was a prelude to Earl. Longpoint beach & pond are one of the best places on the island!
