Charming beach house located on a historic peninsula. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood while listening to the ocean waves. Walk to the 7 mile beach just across the street! This year round home has 2 bedrooms that can sleep 4-6 and a sleepercouch and air bed for additional sleep arrangements. Enjoy sipping coffee on the front porch where the sun rises or relax on the back porch for more privacy. The kitchen is spacious with a pantry for plenty of goodies. Laundry room and bath complete this house filled with Maine accents. The yard is large with plenty of room for BBQ and lawn games. (we have 4 fishing poles for you to use!) one week left aug 16th-aug 23 $1400.00!!!!!!GREAT WEEK TO BE IN MAINE Also we have a small adorable cottage ,sleeps 4 :650.00/wk ( June )or 1000.00 wk July and aug.(has internet) (house sleeps 6 not 8!)cottage can sleep 4 some weeks left here too

Historic Portland, Old Orchard Beach and Kennebunkport are but a few of our famous neighbors.
