Charming, sunny, brand new ground level 'cottage feel' condo has sun room and patio overlooking duck pond. Each room decorated and designed to appeal to your senses. Romantic details added to make you feel pampered and comfortable. You won't want to leave! Our amenities list features items unheard of in other rentals. 330 count Egyptian cotton sheets, spa robes in each closet, slippers, bath salts for the Jacuzzi, crescent shaped shower rod for added space in shower, shower dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and body gel. All the beach equipment you need!

Nearest Beach: beach at 3 Miles
Car: necessary
Location is 3 miles east on Route 9 to the bay (Lewes) 4 miles south on Route 1 to Rehoboth. All year: 1/2 mile to tax free shopping at the outlets. 1/4 mile to the movie theatres. Great restaurants in both Lewes and Rehoboth. Summer: Drive east 3 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park or the Lewes/Cape May Ferry. Fish at the fishing pier in the park or bike on their 2 mile blacktop trail. Swim in the bay at Lewes Public Beach or walk through historic Lewes and visit their shops.

Beautiful condo near everything

The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. It included a few upscale features including a spa,and decorator bedding. The rooms were above average in size and well appointed with tasteful art work and draperies. The furniture was comfortable and stylish. The wood flooring was attractive and added to the overall ambience. The kitchen was well appointed with everything a renter could ask for. Parking was plentiful and having a pool to use at no additional charge was an added luxuary. The grounds were well kept and the condo opened up to a pond at the rear of the property. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful yet adjacent to major arteries to any activity you could ask for. I would return to this property without any reservation.

This condo was clean, well maintained and exactly as described. It was the perfect location for our trip. Close to the beach and also close to Georgetown for our sports at the beach tournament. We had great communication with the owner from the very beginning answering all my questions and providing good directions. Very close to anything you would need, restaurants, grocery store, outlet shopping and more. I would recommend this to any large family instead of a hotel. It was great having a full kitchen and plenty of room for sleeping.

Our family highly recommends this place! The linens and towels provided save the renter packing space, time and effort. Everything is beautiful, the way you would want it. The care of the owners is obvious. Nice location, far from the bustling crowds of Rehobeth, OC, etc, but so close to the beach (Lewes and Cape Henlopen).

The luxury of hard wood floors, marble tile in the bath and the comfort of the furniture, pillows and beds are beyond that of a bed and breakfast.

We want to return! Thanks Terri!
