This lovely home is an easy care, beautifully decorated and furnished ranch, in a private, landscaped setting. An open floor plan, a newly renovated state of the art kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a sun room with sleeping area, skylights and floor to ceiling windows, 2 large bedrooms, dining area, air conditioning, and remote gas fireplace provide indoor comfort.

A large furnished deck, a gas barbecue grill, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a heated pool surrounded by flowering bushes and a curvaceous patio with dining furniture, expansive lawn, a peaceful Zen garden, and gardens make outdoor living easy.

The saltwater pool is heated by a new modern system saving you both time and money.

The house is conveniently located near bay and ocean beaches and is five minutes from the main shopping area of East Hampton.

No children under 12, pets permitted under certain conditions.

This is a highly desirable house in a very pretty area near Three Mile Harbor. Tenants often comment that the house and gardens are prettier than the pictures show. Most people who stay here ask to return.
