The house is located in the hamlet of the Springs in East Hampton. It is a sunny 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom contemporary designed house with a large heated pool. Teak deck furniture. It has a large wood deck, an open kitchen, the upstairs loft overlooks the vaulted living room. Enjoy the outdoor shower. Has a treehouse. On a private acre on cul-de-sac, with wireless internet. This is a great house for for 1 or 2 families. Toddler bed and childproofing makes this good for families with young children. The ground floor bedrooms are good for people who don't like stairs.

This is a great, family friendly property. It is clean, well maintained and feels just like home. The location is perfect, close to the ocean, town, restaurants and all activities. The home is situated towards the end of a dead end street that provides privacy and a tranquil setting. The owners provide a warm environment and are attentive to the needs of the renter. I would recommend this property.
