7A Cudworth Street is located in a quiet family neighborhood one block from the night club Purgatory, which also has a new Thai restaurant-recommended. This ranch-style remodeled home is complete with bricked patio, and large deck, sliding glass doors to decking. Outdoor lounge furniture and seating at glass picnic table for 8-10 people. Located a 5 minute walk from Commercial Street, yet completely quiet of all club sounds and noises. Central ac, out door shower, DVD, direct TV, parking, laundry. 2 bed rooms main floor, This is an ideal location for your summer vacation if you would like to be centrally located, relax at home and have a nice cookout, enjoy the lovely surroundings and stars. Sorry no catered events or large parties allowed. The homes in this area are tightly situated, to assure your peaceful quiet evening, neighbors agree to be respectfully quiet after 8 and expect the same in return. The Hot tub is not available.

Prices Now Reduced. 7A Cudworth street is the location for this house. If you have not yet visited Provincetown, also called P-town there are many things to do. 2 beaches to choose from - bus rides available, bike rentals and the gym a 10 minute walk from my house, night clubs, restaurants every where. Sail boat, jet ski, motor boat rentals are available. Sunset sailboat cruises and whale watches can be quite spectacular. This house is in a such great location, that if you wanted sun, peace and quiet you can lay out at home, read, listen to music, then walk one block to dinner, or use the permanently wired gas grill. You should find you have an excellent experience! Photos available by email. 2 or 3 bedroom available sleeps 4-6

Had a fantastic time in Provincetown thanks in no small measure to this great house. The location was fantastic -- steps to the center of Commercial Street! -- and the house was clean and comfortable with all kinds of helpful amenities. Would definitely stay there again!

GREAT house !! The outdoor shower is so refreshing and yet so relaxing too. Beds are VERY comfortable. This is the first time I've ever left a vacation with luggage full of clean clothes....loved having the W/D too. The grounds are gorgeous and the location can't be beat. It's close enough to the heart of town yet far enough off the main road to see the stars and fireflies. Landlord is awesome to work with and very accommodating. I just can't say enough great things about my experience.

This was the best place to stay, you can't beat the location, the privacy and the big spacious property. I loved staying there and plan to return again next year.

This is really a great house! It's very centrally located to the beach, Commercial Street, bars, restaurants, the grocery store, and other attractions. Tim is very responsive if any issues arise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a well-kept property!
