270 degree unobstructed views of marsh, bay and sunset! This home perched on a hill overlooks the Audubon Society Wildlife Sanctuary/ Marsh teaming with birds and wildlife. Beyond the marsh, view the bay and gorgeous sunsets. View Great Island and Lt. Island across the bay. Every bedroom and living space as well as the two large decks in front and back take advantage of the views. All furniture, carpets, mattresses and kitchen items are new and are of designer-quality. This home has three large bedrooms with the master bedroom (king-size bed) on the first floor; two bathrooms, one up and one down; living room, dining room, kitchen, and separate laundry room. The home also includes a fireplace, ceiling fan in the living room, fans in every bedroom, an outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower, two televisions, VCR, DVD, stereo CD player, and all kitchen dishes and appliances. High speed cable and wireless Internet access. This house rents from Sunday to Sunday.

Canoe at high tide from the tidal creek at the base of the backyard to Cape Cod Bay and Sunken Meadow Beach. Or sit on the deck and relax with a good book soaking up the warm rays of the sun while listening to the birds sing. Dine al fresco on the back deck (with picnic table and gas BBQ) and enjoy the magnificent sunset views. Away from the crowds on a sandy lane, yet easily accessible to everything the Outer Cape has to offer. This home is on the town borders of Wellfleet and North Eastham.

Relaxing Cape Vacation

My husband and I rented this house in July of '08 with our two young children. It was more space then we needed for our family of four! The views of sunsets and the bay were amazing!!!! We all enjoyed watching the birds and exploring fiddler crabs in the marsh infront of the house! The week we were there it was very humid but we didn't feel a bit of the humidity because of the wonderful ocean breeze! The kitchen and bathrooms could use a few updates but overall we loved the time we spent there and hope to be back! The food from the Friendly Fisherman was specatular and had the most fun at Nauset Lighthouse Beach where my husband caught a 8lb bluefish right off the beach!
