MORE INFO: Picking the right condo from a website can be scary! So you will pat yourself on the back when you see these beautiful condos at Arena Blanca, close to the beach AND Fifth Avenue. But far enough from the night clubs to get a GREAT night's sleep!

We designed our condos to easily accommodate four people, with built-in mahogany cabinets and two bathrooms. Our customers have raved about the beauty and convenience we created for them. But if you need two-bedrooms, look at our spectacular penthouse at VRBO # 114396

Our poolside condos are tastefully and tropically decorated, with views of the gorgeous tiled pool and gardens. You'll love the peace and quiet of the garden level including the lovely small garden terrace off the master bedroom. Linen drapes and top down/bottom up cellular shades provide privacy as needed. Guests can upgrade to use of our private ROOFTOP TERRACE, with a romantic shade palapa, jacuzzi, lounging/dining/ sleeping furniture, and lovely views of the Caribbean and the city of Playa.

Arena Blanca is perfectly situated in the newer North End of Playa, a few steps to the quaint shops and restaurants of "Little Italy" on Fifth Avenue. We are centrally located without being smack dab in the touristy (noisy) downtown.

A honeymoon we will NEVER forget

My wife and I came here and stayed for one week for our belated honeymoon and we will never forget it. It was seven days and nights of absolute bliss. We stayed in the roof-top suite and just loved every second. The staff was very kind and the location is ideal for anyone that likes conveinience and things that are cool. Great dining, easy to buy stuff to make meals, the beach is a five minute walk away, and the location makes it so if you wanna keep it low key you may, and if you wanna get wild, fun is just blocks away. So sad we must leave but we will be back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful homey stay with great personal service

Came to Playa with my husband and 10 month-old son. We were in search of a place that had the comforts of home, especially with a baby--so kitchen and laundry were key. This place was just about perfect! We loved the layout and the design of the space. Lots of room, closets, towel racks, etc. The bathroom was an added surprise. It has two sinks and toilets flanking a shower area. Each is divided by a sliding door. So two or more people have plenty of room and privacy. We opted to also rent out the terrace and it was fabulous! Our son loved the plunge pool and the waterfall! It was a great space to hangout--day or night. The staff was all fantastic and always helpful when we needed something. Felt like we got the privacy and quiet time we wanted, yet help was just a short distance away if needed. Speaking of distance--it was the perfect location. Walked to everything, yet at the quiet north end of town. When we wanted to get to the other end right away, say for breakfast, we just took a $2 taxi and were there within a few minutes. Nothing bad to say here. Just come and stay! You won't regret it! Thanks, Judy!!!

Very beautiful and spacious condo. Nice pool. And private roof top is amazing! Two convenience store only one block away. Staff is very nice to us. And the price is very reasonable. My family of 4 had a good time in arena Blanca and feel it is better than staying at 4-star hotel!

We were going to Mexico for our niece's wedding in Riviera Maya. When we inquired about the condo, all information was sent promptly. When we arrived, we were very happy that we went to Playa del Carmen. The condo was very nicely decorated, clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool was always clean and the water was heavenly. It felt like a warm bath. We felt at home and never once had any problems. The owner Judy Hoechler was very thorough with the information sent to us about the condo and the area. We will definitely be going to Playa del Carmen and arena Blanca!
