Home sleeps 8 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Clean, quiet, private home that comfortably sleeps 8 people. Great for all seasons in the White Mountains. Single, 3 lvl house located centrally to the White Mountains of NH. Kitchen has all of the amenities of home. Comfortable counter seating for six. Relax with your morning coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise over the hills. The main level has a comfortable sectional with chaise lounge. The whole family can relax by the wood burning stove while watching the large flat screen TV or play an exciting game of dome hockey. The deck features privacy and great views. Adirondack and seating for 6 with propane grill. Upper loft bedroom has a brand new king bed and flat screen TV, and private bathroom with shower. Lit by 4 skylights. Lower level first bedroom with 2 queen beds (one is a futon). 2nd bedroom with new queen and bunk with full futon below. Both rooms with flat TV/DVD. Lg bath with jacuzzi tub, shower, sauna and dble sinks & lndry.

Security Deposit and Contract Required: Security Deposit Required for all renters.

Weekend fee is $300.

Weekly fee is $500.

To be paid by check prior to stay and will be refunded upon departure after home is inspected.

Contract is required for all renters. Will be faxed or emailed to renter to be reviewed. Then mailed back to owner signed with non-refundable deposit to book stay and security deposit.

Located in a quiet area, but minutes to all the area has to offer. Following is a few of the well known visitor sights just 5-10 minutes away. Storyland, Echo Lake, Diana's baths, Jackson Falls, golfing at N. Conway Country Club, Wentworth, or Eagle Mnt House, hiking and biking at Cranmore, Black, and Attitash Mnt. You can rent kayaks or canoes and ride down the Swift or Saco Rivers. Don't forget all of the great area restaurants. Horsefeathers, Red Parka Pub, Mae Kelly's, Wildcat Inn & Tavern, and many more. Also, for the shoppers Zeb's General Store is a favorite along with the many outlet stores that are continuing to pop up.

For those that want to stay in the area the home shares a tennis and basketball court.
