Ask about our special 'Hard Times' rate. Our seascape villa is on the second floor in a quiet, secluded area. It is only 100 yards from Kiawah's wide beautiful beach, which can be reached by a paved, shady, path. It has a screened in porch that overlooks a wooded area. It is just 2 blocks from the Straw Market shops and restaurant. Coming to Kiawah for a wedding? Our Villa is only 1 block from the Property Owner's Club - where many wedding receptions are held. Kiawah was selected as one of the top ten beaches in the US in 2002. It is known for its beautiful natural environment. We have Free Wireless Internet Service.

There are 30 miles of paved bike trails and biking is also popular on the beach. Bike rentals are available or bring your own. Nature walks, as well as canoe and kayak trips are offered. Kite flying is a favorite pass time on the beach. Kiawah is only a 21 mile ride to downtown Charleston for additional sightseeing.

  • We ask for a $200 deposit with the balance paid 3 weeks before your arrival. When I receive that I will mail you a packet containing a Kiawah Security Gate pass, key, map and directions to our villa. When you arrive at Kiawah all you need to do is place the gate pass on the left of your dashboard, stay in the right lane at the gate, and drive right in. A second key will be waiting for you on the table. I will send you a confirmation letter confirming your dates upon receipt of the deposit.
