Perfect Summer Getaway

You can see the view of the water as soon as you walk through the front door...amazing! The access to the beach is perfect - it's especially nice if you have young kids and don't want to carry all of your "gear" with you to get to the beach. It's very well maintained by the owner and has all the things you would need during a Cape vacation. It's really close to Provincetown and Wellfleet, so it's easy to go out to dinner, etc. We had a great time staying there with our toddler...very fun and relaxing.

Superb Waterfront Rental

I've enjoyed this 2-floor, 2-BR, 2-bath town home three times, one week each (August 2008 and I think August 2006 and 2005). Master BR on 2nd floor overlooks the beach and water and gives you sounds of the waves. From the LR you step onto a deck, then beautiful sand, then the bay. Grills for family cooking. Close to P-town (great view at night of the P-town lights and stars) and all types of restaurants, easy parking, perfect for families, couples, friends. Modern, good appliances, well-maintained, very clean, great owners. I'll be there again.

We loved it so much....

We loved our stay so much last fall (2007), we knew we would be back, and we were (2008). If you have never come to Cape Cod in the fall, you are missing the most peaceful and relaxing time. This duplex has a beautiful view, and being able to walk out your backdoor, on to the beach is priceless. It is very well kept, clean and very warm feeling. There is no doubt we will be back.

Fabulous rental

I strongly recommend this property; it is a great value! The property is well-appointed. The rooms are immaculately kept, and the furniture and amenities are clean and comfortable. This property is located on the water, and is ideal for a family vacation or romantic getaway (we’ve done both). The beachfront is clean, and uncluttered; it is great for sandcastles, touch football, or sunbathing. Our two year old loved the easy access to the beach.

For those seeking peace and quiet, the property is a safe distance from the hustle and bustle of Provincetown and other Cape Cod hot spots, but is only a short drive away for those seeking high quality restaurants, shopping, or other seaside activities.

The owners were very professional, accessible, and easy to deal with.

Great beach front vacation

My wife and I took our three young kids (2, 4, 6 years) to Truro and we had a fantastic time early in the 2008 season. Wake up, grab some coffee open the back door and walk out onto the beach! Our kids had a blast building sandcastles, exploring the beach, and playing in the ocean. Incredible views of P-Town and Cape Cod bay make this area my favorite. This townhouse provided plenty of space, modern conveniences, and was very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal to just relax, or if you prefer a short bus/car ride into P-Town offers plenty of restaurants and other outdoor activities. We also did a half day outing to the National Seashore for some hiking and lighthouse sightseeing and were back to the townhouse for a late afternoon cookout. Another plus was ocean air and sound of the waves at night time – a great way to really unplug from everyday life and kick back. We can’t wait to go back.
