Enjoy gorgeous water views of Gardiner’s Bay from this immaculate Victorian home situated on 1 acre. This spacious and beautifully decorated home comfortably accommodates 8 adults. On the first level it boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a Master suite with Jacuzzi tub. The upper level includes a large, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, separate formal dining room with seating for eight, a quaint sitting room with telescope for star gazing, and a great room complete with fireplace and panoramic views of the bay from every window. Step out to an over sized deck (complete with furniture & grill) from the kitchen or living room that overlooks the pool, bay, and manicured grounds that border the Suffolk County Nature Preserve.

It's a short walk to all of the following: Orient by the Sea Restaurant/Bar, fishing charter fleets, Fast Ferry to Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun Casinos and to Connecticut, Orient State Park. A nature trail leading to the beach and the Orient Point Lighthouse is located off the back of our property. It's a short drive to the Historical town of Greenport and Orient Village. You will find numerous wineries with vineyard tours and tasting. Take a short drive to golf course, tennis courts and kayak rentals. Enjoy great local restaurants and the Tanger Factory Outlets 30 minute away.

A Great House....we highly recommend....

We are family of five from the UK and had one of our best trips ever renting this house. The handover was superb by very caring owners, nothing too much trouble. And a full facility house was made so easy to use, the pool, hot tub etc just switch on! The accommodation is excellent in every way, all works and is very clean and the position, well what can we say but perfect in every way. A good restaurant within a three minute walk, beach within 10 and a State Park within 5.

A quiet and relaxing position meant we relaxed fully and did not stray far from the House, didn't need to.

Our sincere thanks to Dan & Bee and we hope to get back there.

Fun With Friends

We have always gone to Montauk and didn't know much about Orient Pt. It is a beautiful area and very relaxing. There were three families that came to the house for our yearly vacation. The pool was great and the house has everything you need. There is lots to do: Vineyards, shopping, ferry rides, biking, beautiful scenery and lots of relaxation. It was one of the most well equipped homes we have rented. Only thing we missed was soft sand at the beach. We had a great time and would definately come back again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Week Of Family Fun

Our three children and their spouses, and our two granddaughters (9 and 6) made this the site of our annual family vacation. We had a wonderful time, particularly in the pool and hot tub, though the horseshoe pit and bicycles were popular as well.

The "menfolk" also got away for golf while the ladies and girls treated themselves to afternoon tea and "crumpets", both within an easy 10 minute drive (Greenport). And the "youngsters" even made it into NYC for a matinee one day (warning, it is a 4 hour round trip).

One caveat - the north fork is not for beach lovers (if you like sand and waves that is).

Great Beach House

This is a great house -- close to the beach, a lovely pool, lots of room for entertaining and running around. The house is well-maintained, very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The kids loved it and so did the adults. We hope to go back --

We had a great time here.Nothing beats golfing in the morning, wine tasting in the afternoon, and an evening swim in the pool. the water view is great, watching the boats go by was so relaxing. We will be back next year.
