This summer beach house was completely renovated. Renovations include, brand new kitchen with center island, new cabinets, new appliances, and new flooring throughout. The bathroom is brand new, too. It is fully tiled, crisp, and clean. A new mahogany entertaining deck with outdoor shower area has been added. New windows, doors, and lighting have been updated too. We also have a double stroller, packa and play, high chair for use. The house has also been redecorated with new furnishings. This truly is a unique beach house in an exclusive and quiet location - the quintessential summer cottage down the sandy lane. Located just a few miles from the town center, and within walking distance of both the Oyster River and Hardings Beach. This is prime Chatham!
