You'll love the intimate setting with only nine units in the entire complex. Because of our size you waste no time in getting to the beach due to a crowded or slow elevator. This tastefully decorated condo offers a washer and dryer, a fully-stocked kitchen, covered parking, and a 17-foot balcony for enjoying the splendid view of the Emerald Coast on Okaloosa Island. Our lovely Gulf Front Corner unit has amazing views of the beach and Emerald Green waters of the Gulf. This two bedroom unit has 2 queen size beds and built in bunk beds for your enjoyment.

We stayed at the Blue Dolphin Sept '09 and had a wonderful stay. The condo is just like the pictures and description, It had a wonderful ocean view and it was great to walk right out to the beach. Our daughter really enjoyed the Gulfarium which is very close by. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Thanks for sharing your condo with us. The rental terms were very fair and the condo was nicely furnished.You had every kitchen utensil we needed. We joined the Ft Walton snowbird club and found many activities there. We also got our share of beads at the Mardi Gras parade on Santa Rosa Ave. All in all- avery pleasant stay.

Thank You so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. The view was so beautiful and we had a blast. It was very close to alot of things yet still very private. We deffinately made memories with our children. This was my youngests first time to the beach and he loved it. Also my six yr old thought the bunks in the hall were the coolest!! Thanks again and hopefully we can stay with you again in the near future!!

We had a great time! The location was nice and very quiet. Our sons were thrilled to see dolphins swimming outside and liked watching the "pecilans" dive into the ocean to eat. Thanks alot!!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Being on the 2nd floor was great so most of the time we just took the stairs. Hurricane Ike rolled past and caused the beach to be closed a few days, but we were content to just hang out in the condo and relax. Kids loved the bunk beds! Thanks for letting us stay!
