Enjoy this bright and airy Cape Cod-style house with 4 bedrooms and 2 newer baths on a quiet side street just a 0.3 mile walk to Surf Drive beach.. The house features a spacious open kitchen/ living room area, and a separate dining area. The kitchen was fully renovated in the autumn of 2008. There are two large bedrooms, and one full bath upstairs; two bedrooms and one full bath downstairs. The kitchen and dining room both open onto a deck and a sunny, private backyard. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water in the back yard. Historic Falmouth Village with shops, restaurants and public library is a half mile walk. The Shinning Sea Bike Path and Falmouth Harbor with boat rentals are both a short bike ride. Golf is also nearby.
