Large picture windows provide for spaciousness, openness, and lots of light. Two decks, one off living room with gas grill and the other off master bedroom. This airy contemporary with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, cathedral ceilings, handsome fireplace, 2 car garage and central air conditioning will give you a sense home, comfort, and relaxation. Private marina with boat slip available. View of water from dining area. Great spot for bike. Great restaurants: Michaels, East Hampton Point, Boswicks, and Harbor Bistro are 1/2 to 3 miles away.

A Wonderful Vacation Home

This property was all we hoped it would be. Well laid out (master bedroom on first floor and two guest bedrooms on second floor) with lots of open space on first floor. Private deck off living room is great for dining, reading, snoozing. Everything we needed was there and the house was spotless and welcoming. The private beach is just beautiful and so close to the house. Of course, all the amenities of the Hamptons are within easy reach. We so enjoyed our time there and will return again!
