When you tire of the ocean or your private pool, the new Virginia Beach boardwalk with shops and restaurants are only 15 minutes away. Also the Ocean Breeze Water Amusement Park, which is a 19-acre Caribbean water paradise, as well as Boat cruises on the Spirit of Norfolk. Only minutes or a bike ride away is the National Wildlife Refuge and Back Bay Kayak Tours. For culture, the Virginia Marine Science Museum is filled with curious artifacts. Less than an hour away is Historical Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. For convenience, Neptune is across the street from the local Sandbridge General Store and restaurant, as it's located directly next to a yogurt shop and nail salon.
