You will come back year after year to this beautiful, 4500 sq ft beach house right on the Gulf. To see it is to love it. The travertine tile and detail throughout the house is simply stunning. Three master bedroom suites (king-size beds) each 20-feet-wide hang over the dunes, and each has its own jacuzzi tub. The views of the beach and Gulf are unrestricted in all directions. The private dune walkover leads from the 500 sq ft deck over the dunes to the most beautiful beach in the USA The ground floor contains a two-car garage and the vestibule leading to the stairs and elevator which take you to the main floor. There you will find one of the master suites and the kitchen, living, and dining areas all of which open onto the deck which runs the entire 55 foot width of the house. The deck is very private and is furnished for outdoor dining and sunning. You will love the views from the kitchen which is equipped with state of the art Sub-Zero and Thermadore equipment.

The beach is the attraction at this house right on the dunes. It is located in the nice quiet neighborhood of Santa Rosa Beach near Gulf Place. There are many gourmet and family restaurants and shopping close by. A new bike path runs by the house and will take you to Seaside or Greyton Beach for a day of adventure. Bike rental shops are within walking distance.

The kitchen is separated from the living area by a long bar/counter with bar stools for additional eating space. The couch pulls out for additional sleeping and a full bath is directly accessible from the sleeper area and the laundry/beach entry room. The main bedroom floor has two master suites separated by a TV/seating area with a sleeper sofa. A stone deck again runs the full width of the house with access from these three rooms opening onto the best Gulf view in the Panhandle. The only bedroom not directly on the beach is on this floor, and has twin beds and a full bath which can be shared with anyone sleeping on the sleeper. The tower room has its own deck and mini-kitchen and views.

Our daughter was married here two years ago between hurricanes Bonnie and Charlie. (Storms blew through off shore and it turned into the most beautiful weather imagineable. Cool breezes and magnificient sunsets.) It was by all accounts the most beautiful of weddings.

The service took place on the beach at sunset and we held the reception in the house and on the extensive patios.

The chef, a friend of the bride and groom made the beautiful kitchen the center of attention. Food was prepared and served as guest enjoyed champagne and music on the patio.

The bride and bridesmaids made the house their command center the week before the wedding and family and friends stayed nearby.

It was perfect for our 50 guests and wedding party. The experience is often a topic of conversation among family and friends.

We were recently in the Destin area and went by the house just to see if the house had survived the latest storms and much to our pleasure it was there in all of its glory.

This house is everything the description indicates, and then some. Incredible views, wonderfully furnished and appointed. Best Florida vacation I've ever had, due to the incredible house! Great views from all porches, but we spent a great deal of time on the 3rd floor porch, watching dolphins and sunsets/sunrises. Worth every penny!
