Our family has stayed at this Townhome at Bretton Woods several times. It is a wonderful location very close to the Mountain. The home itself is VERY clean with 4 bedrms and 4 bathrooms! There is room for everyone and all the ski gear can stay in the heated mudroom to dry off until the next adventure. The lower level is huge with a pool table and large seating for a movie. We look forward to going back soon.

Skiers Retreat

We rented the property for spring skiing it was fantastic! The unit was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and has a pictureque view. We have young adult children who were able to have their own room and bathroom which was a big plus! Trying to get everyone out in the morning can be tough with 1-2 bathrooms and nobody sleeps well on a pull out sofabeds. We all enjoyed the game room especially the pool table it was a lot of fun. We have rented townhomes at different ski resorts this one was by far the best! Also having dish soap, trash bags, hand soap, in general a well stocked kitchen is a nice touch. There is nothing worse than having to run to the small store to buy over priced supplies that are necessary. The shuttle bus service took us around the resort the drivers are prompt, accomodating and friendly. The property manager was also very helpful he was truly concerned everything was as we expected. All in all we would highly recommend staying there and hope we make it back there in the near future!

Great Ski Weekend

This is a very nicely decorated and comfortable townhouse that was just perfect for our group of friends and extended family to gather and to enjoy time together after a day of skiing at Bretton Woods. Howard, the caretaker, was very helpful and efficient, and the condo had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Double family stay

Two families: 4 adults and 6 kids aged 6 to 13. The kids essentially lived in the basement which served as a playroom and sleeping area. They emerged to ski. Or eat. The rest of the time they played pool, arcade games or on their laptops. There was a TV down there but it was never switched on. Upstairs was ample dining area for 2 sittings, the first with adults strewn around the bar area, kitchen or sofa with the kids eating. The second with the kids gone and the roomy living area to ourselves. Everything in the house worked fine. Its not luxury but its definitely very well fitted out for winter sports etc. The use of the resort bus was handy. It was a shame that the Rosebrook swim/leisure centre was closed (from Mid Feb 2013) but cannot really fault the owner for this. And the main hotel was an option for exercise/gym. All in all, recommended.

A very pleasant place to stay

We had a great time in the house. The manager Howard was very kind and helpful. It’s located in the Mount Washington place community in Bretton Woods. It is just in front of the slopes on the road to the cog railway station. Before coming, be sure to pack some food. There is nothing in the vicinity. That’s not a real problem but if you don’t having anything when you arrive, be prepared for a 45-minute one-way drive to Littleton.
The house is very pleasant. It has a very bright living room. But there is a downside in summer. If you forget to close the windows, it could get very hot inside in the afternoon. It has everything to make you feel at home. The owners have made efforts to have a decorated and pretty beautiful place. It has everything you might need. You have tons of space with many bedrooms and bathrooms. You will also appreciate the gaming room. It features a pool table and a very entertaining (but pretty noisy!) arcade machine.
I noticed two very little things that could have made the stay even better. One of the beds on the upper floor (the double-bed next to the bunk-bed) creaks. It was a terrible and unbearable noise. It’s impossible to sleep there since even those sleeping in the master bedroom one floor below heard every move. On a side note the TV offer was far from being good. We all know that we usually stay in this house to enjoy the wilderness of the White Mountains. But when the weather is bad or in the evening, it might be good to watch TV. But the picture quality was very bad and there were very few channels.
Those little things must not frighten you at all. I would stay there a second time without any doubt.
