Newport Beach luxury corner condo unit in a private gated community at Villa Balboa. This is a quiet community on 20 acres of well manicured, beautifully landscaped grounds. The condo is over 1200 square feet with views of the ocean and city lights from every room. Marble gas fireplace. All the amenities of a resort hotel, including two swimming pools (one adult and one family), two hot tubs, large workout room and tennis courts. Within walking distance to the beach (less than 1/2 mile). It's also close to several other beach towns and major attractions, including Disneyland (17 miles away). The condo is completely furnished with all the towels, linens, beach towels, dishes, etc. that will make you feel right at home. There's even a washer and dryer that you don't have to feed quarters into. We've also included extras like beach chairs, beach mats, boogie boards, and bikes.
