Watch the sun rise over the horizon from this ocean front condo end unit with private deck, right on the beach with awesome views! Private garage parking for one car, outside parking lot for one car. Queen size bed in bedroom, full size futon in living room. A privacy divider closes off the living room. Amenities Include: Air conditioning, cable TV, DVD player in two rooms, CD-player-stereo, games, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven, oven & stove, full size fridge, ice maker, blender, additional outdoor shower. One set of linens provided for each bed. 4 Bath towels, plates, silverware, cookware and utensils, local phone service.

This is one of the best equipped and most comfortable condos I've rented. Dunes do block views of the beach, but there are still terrific ocean panoramas. The drawbacks are that street and parking lot lights flood the area at night, and because this is an end unit and there are apartment buildings close by, there is no privacy on the deck.
The building is within walking distance of the train station, as well as the pier and town.

Nice condo on the beach.

This is a nice condo. The beach is right outside, although the view is partially blocked by some dunes. The location is very convenient to OOB and within walking distance of stores, etc. The condo is well stocked in most amenities. We liked sitting on the deck and enjoying the view.
Owner's Response: Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! 3 of 5 seems like a fair review to me; I thought the sand dunes were part of the view. Please make no mistake, this is an oceanfront unit. I do try to make upgrades every year. I want this to be the best place you ever stayed at. I get many returns every year; it is the Summer of 08 now and I already have half of 09 booked. May, June, September and October are great months and I'm always willing to offer good deals to get them booked! Dave B
