Description of the Hyannis - Hyannisport vacation house rental
Wonderful new Victorian vacation rental home with a large wrap-around porch. Used primarily as rental when owner not using it in the summer. Centrally located in the village of Hyannis Port. 3 bedrooms upstairs plus crib. Additional sleeping accommodations for two and family room in walkout basement with large screen TV. House sleeps 8 comfortably. Master bath has Jacuzzi whirlpool. Spacious family room and kitchen with eat-in counter. Large separate dining room (seats 8) and comfortable living room. Laundry room on the first floor. House is completely set up for housekeeping, including children's books and games.

Public tennis courts 1 mile away and several excellent public golf courses within a 10 minute drive. Village of Hyannis Port is friendly for walking and offers spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
