The comfortable living room is furnished with a beautiful sofa and love seat, new TV, new DVD/VCR player, and porcelain tile flooring. There is a beautiful ocean view and a sliding glass door to the large deck, and the entire property is nicely decorated.

The master bedroom has a high quality queen size bed, cable TV, private bath, and ocean view with private sliding glass door to the deck. The second bedroom has a high quality queen size bed, private access to main bath, and pool view. Other available items include a washer/dryer; BBQ grill, and a storage room (on the ground floor) for beach equipment. The pool is abpout 16 X 20 feet, with seating along the sides like a hot tub. It is well-suited for cooling off with a cold drink or playing with the kids.

It is immaculate and beautifully redecorated throughout, with wireless broadband internet access now included. The redecorated kitchen is equipped with most everything you will need. Excellent quality beds and mattresses in both bedrooms, plus beautiful, comfortable living room furniture will make your stay enjoyable. Beach chairs and boogie boards are provided for your use during your stay. During the summer, walk across the street and sit in your lawn chair on Sunday nights and watch the weekly free outdoor movies shown in the park next to the lake. On Thursday nights you can watch the Carolina Beach fireworks display from the deck, or sit on the sand right in front of the condo. You'll love it here.
Area Attractions:
The fabulous North Carolina Aquarium and Historic Fort Fisher Civil War Museum are only a few miles down the beach---these are highly recommended. The WW II era battleship, the USS North Carolina is moored near downtown Wilmington and is open for tours during the summer. Historic downtown Wilmington is a nice place to visit, especially for night time dining.
