Dubai Marina is nestled between Dubai’s main artery Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR) and the Gulf with a view of the Palm Jumeirah from many towers. Part of 'new Dubai' it ideal for commuters to the capital.
Dubai Marina has 2 metro stations and access to SZR is easy. The ‘old’ centre of Dubai, Bur Dubai and Deira, is about a 30-minute drive away. Major shopping malls like Ibn Battuta, Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mall are around 10 to 20 minutes away respectively. It is 35 km away from Dubai International Airport, 15 minutes walk to Jumeirah Beach and 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

If the balance payment is not received at least two weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
If the guest has paid the full balance, they will receive:
100% refund of the total cost (minus the bank transfer fee) if they cancel at least four weeks before
50% refund of the total cost if they cancel up to two weeks before
The booking deposit of 300$ is required to secure the booking.
Balance should be paid 14 days before holiday starts.
If the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit cannot be refunded.
The payment could be done by bank transfer or Pay Pal
(bank commissions/transfer fee are on behalf of the client).
Security deposit could be paid upon check in and refunds within one week after check out
