This large, spacious Victorian summer cottage offers six bedrooms and two full baths. With a large wrap-around porch & balcony, this is the Vineyard Experience; all just a short stroll to lively Circuit Avenue and a lovely town beach. House is comfortably furnished and lovingly cared for, painted with bright pastels and solids throughout in the gingerbread tradition. The upstairs bedrooms all have tall cathedral ceilings that add a fanciful effect. Surrounded by classic Victorians, this is a charming area of town for evening strolls.

Additional Rooms/Info: 1st Floor: Eat-in kitchen & laundry, dining room, family room, one bedroom, porch with comfy wicker furniture, side deck off kitchen, full bath down with stall shower. Five bedrooms & a full bath up with claw tub. Out door shower. Off street parking on private back property

The home is one block to the beach and two blocks to Circuit Ave. It's an ideal location for easy access (walking) to the Oak Bluffs ferry, waterfront activities such as parasailing and deep sea fishing, island wide public transportation, bike rentals, and Oak Bluffs dining, shopping and night life. Farm Neck Golf Course is close by as are public tennis courts.

This is the charming house my group comes to every year and have been for the past 10 years! We are in love with its charm, and location to nearby beaches and shopping. We enjoy our September visits as the weather is ideal for porch sittings, beach walks, and a favorite familiar place to gather, We love it here and would highly recommend it for your visit to Martha's Vineyard!
