Enjoy the spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from the ocean front balcony of this spacious 1st floor condominium, located about 8 miles south of Myrtle Beach, 1/2 mile north of the Garden City Pier. This recently updated unit offers a fully equipped kitchen including washer and dryer, a living/dining room combination with wet bar, a Master Bedroom with private bathroom and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms which share a hall bathroom. This unit is located just one floor above a great indoor pool and hot tub. Located on the 1st floor of the Atalaya Towers, this unit is easily accessible via elevator or stairs from ground level. Sun deck, outdoor pool, grilling area, two parking spaces per unit and Wireless Internet are other amenities and don't forget the live bands on the nearby Garden City Pier on warm summer evenings or experience the rides at the new Hard Rock Amusement Park.
