The Legacy Condominium is just 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Right in the center of all the attractions. Wonderland Amusement Pier is located at 6th Street, Gillian Water Park and Golf at 7th Street and Castaway Cove Amusements is at 10th Street. We are between 7th and 8th Streets. Our condominium has two bedrooms (one queen bed, twin bunk beds, and a sofa sleeper) one bath and a kitchen. There is a deck off the living room which overlooks the shared pool area and a small sight of the ocean. One covered private, off street parking space is included with the condominium. Our condominium is on the third floor (top floor) with use of an elevator. You can take the steps or elevator to the room. The laundry facility is a coin operated facility located on the same floor.

This is a non-smoking Unit. No pets allowed. We only rent to families.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We have been renting this condo each summer for the past 8 years. It is clean, well maintained and has a number of conveniences including a kitchenette, WIfi and coin-operated laundry on each floor. There is plenty of storage in the condo and the layout is great for families. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and bunk beds in the children’s room. A pull out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements if needed.

The deck is lovely in the evenings where you can view some of the boardwalk attractions lit up after dark while enjoying an ocean breeze. The location is perfect as it is in walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and shopping on Asbury Avenue. The outdoor pool is a great alternative to the beach when the surf is rough.

The owners have been very accommodating and have made upgrades to the unit over the years. Ocean City is a great vacation destination for families due to the many attractions such as the amusement parks, water park, mini-golf and market days on Asbury Avenue.

We booked this condo somewhat last minute and the owner was very accommodating in contacting us, providing necessary information, etc. The unit is nicely decorated and it was clean. (not all rentals are!) It is layed out nicely to make use of the space. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom that is accessible from either bedroom. The master bedroom is spacious and has plenty of dresser and closet space. The smaller bedroom w/the bunkbeds is perfect for kids! The deck is really nice with plenty of patio furniture and it is a really good size deck as well. Location is perfect. Just over 1 block to the beach and close to all you may want to walk to in OC. Location, good use of space, nicely furnished and clean are all important to us. This fit the bill!

Perfect Beach Get-a-way!

Our week at the Jersey shore was fantastic. The location of this condo can't be beat and the condo itself is lovely! Location made for easy day trips to Philadephia and to Sesame Place. At the shore, we walked everywhere - back and forth to the beach and boardwalk all day in between rest periods in this very comfy condo! We all loved the condo pool, and the balcony was perfect for enjoying evening sunsets and the 4th of July fireworks! Thanks for the perfect get-a-way spot for our summer vacation!

I just wanted to thank you. We had a great vacation in Ocean City even though for the most part the weather did not cooperate. The location was perfect and accomodations great!
