Classic beach cottage in special Snug Harbor. Last house on dead end with water views of salt pond and distant ocean. Solid year-round home with modern bathroom and kitchen. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Nice yard. Walk to East Matunuck State Beach, canoe/kayak rentals on salt pond, 4 marinas, general store market, 2 restaurants, public tennis courts and public playground. East Matunuck is a wonderful family beach. Area marinas offer deep sea fishing trips. Fourth of July parade is the highlight of the summer season! Beach is a 1 mile drive by car or a 1/2 mile walk.
