Deed access to private beach section 'Brier Neck Association'. 2 bedrooms and full bathroom on the second floor, and full kitchen with eating area, family room and laundry area on the first floor. A spiral staircase connects the two floors. A/C, cable TV and internet connection. Large patio overlooking from which you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets while grilling the 'catch of the day'. Within 1 mile to whale watch tours, deep sea fishing, downtown dining and Boston train.
