Perfectly Maintained and Updated!: We are constantly upgrading and maintaining our home so that it is perfect for every parties arrival. Our home was professionally decorated in late 2013 and has recently had a new kitchen installed , new master bath (Spring 2012), new guest bath featuring rain shower (3 shower heads), new patio furniture bought and new ceiling fans added. Top of the line furnishings and bedding were used through out the home. It is set up for our personal use not as a rental home. All of the amenities of home are there (beach chairs, bicycles, beach umbrellas, kayak, fishing rods, beach towels, etc.....)

Professionally decorated water front luxury with new kitchen, large pool, separate sunning dock and spacious dock for fishing right from home (night time Snook fishing light). Terrific up lighting add to night time ambiance. Every amenity! Set up for owner's personal use not as a rental home. There are even bicycles (4 regular bikes and a tandem bicycle), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, two person kayak, beach towels, etc.
We live in Philadelphia but use Harborview Realty on Marco for all of our bookings. With a handyman on staff, any potential issues (ever so rare) are easily resolved.

Every luxury ammenity (new master bath, new hall bath, new kitchen and constantly maintained) has been added and or refreshed. Our property is CLEAN! We pay extra for our cleaning staff and deep clean our house several times a year. No one else keeps their home that they rent like this one.
Dead end Cul-de-Sac (3 from the end) offers quiet tropical environment with NO road noise. Terrific waterviews, professionally decorated, high end neighborhood with every ammenity you need for a phenomenal vacation getaway ( bicycles including tandem, tandem kayak, fishing rods, beach chairs, coolers, TV pool side, chaise lounges, stainless steel grill..... All ammenities!
The house is beautiful and as advertised it has just about everything you would need. We spent 2 wonderful weeks in the house. It was very clean and it looks like an interior decorator helped with the decorations.
We love this home and plan on coming back each year. The pool is awesome!!!
Our family was so fortunate to land the rental of this beautiful waterfront home. Every possible amenity that you could desire on a beach vacation- heated pool, bikes, kayak, incredible location, sidewalks etc... The home itself was perfect for our family- extremely clean, neat, organized, updated, washer dryer, plenty of towels, comfortable bedding, outfitted with TV entertainment, beautiful kitchen.... list could go on and on... We would love to go back and would HIGHLY recommend this property!!!!

This home was awesome. We had a great time, spent most of it in the pool. It has a great location and there was plenty of things to do like bike riding and kiacking. The bed rooms, master and second had nice areas to walk out to the pool. Will be back next year.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this property and we didn't want to leave. So much so, we extended our trip from 12 from days to 17 days a couple of days before we were supposed to depart. Thank goodness the house was available and the owner gave us a deal we couldn't pass up This is the 2nd time we rented from this owner. Last year we stayed at his Lamplighter house, which is great as well.
The owner and management company were very responsive to our emails.
When we initially arrived at the house the wireless internet unfortunately was not working. I contacted the owner and immediately received a response from him as well as the management company. The owner authorized the management company to purchase a new wireless modem...they even came on a sunday to install it. I know previous reviewers mentioned issues with the internet as well.....no worries, that concern has been resolved. The wireless internet works perfectly now. We had no issues for the entire time we were there.
The house looks just like it's pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We cooked most of our meals at home, and ate while sitting outside on the lanai, looking at the fabulous view of the canal and pool. Speaking of the pool...it was great to have access to our own private heated pool It came in handy as some of the days it got a bit cooler.
We went to the beach a few times, the house has a few umbrellas, cooler, beach chairs and even a beach wagon to help schlep everything to the beach. The house is only a 5 minute drive to the south beach parking lot and is convenient to everything on the island.
This home is definitely not your average rental home that is sparsely decorated and with amenities skimped on. You feel like you are in a real home that was professionally decorated with extreme attention to detail.
We could not have asked for anything more and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation rental on Marco Island. Thanks again for everything Carter. Hopefully we will be back again next year!
