Available all year round. Redecorated in February 2007 this villa/apartments offer the perfect base for exploring the renowned Croatia coast of dalmatia. The property is in a small village 2 km from the world heritage site of Trogir. Set in a large garden this villa is next to the sea and within a short walk to the village of Seget Vranijca which has shops for every-day needs. The villa has two double and two twin bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms. A large open plan kitchen and living area. The property is fully fitted with AC, SAT/DVD, Dishwasher and washing machine. Outside there is a large BBQ and terrace with sea views. There is off street parking for two cars.

Villa Suzie is well placed to explore the stunning scenery and islands of the Dalmatian Coast. It is 15 minutes from Split International Airport (2½ hours from the UK). The historic fortified town of Trogir is 4 km away; ideal for a leisurely stroll around the streets and boutique shops. The cathedral, which dates back to the 13th century, is one of the finest sights. In 1997 UNESCO named Trogir as a world heritage site. The seashore next to Villa Suzie is mainly stony but offers beautiful crystal clear water within 10 metres of the front door and swimming from man made platforms. There are sandier beaches within a short walk and also at Drvenik Mali and Drvenik Veli a short boat trip away and which is well worth a visit. There are also many islands to visit including the popular destinations of Brac and Hvar.

The accomodation was good, spacious and clean with a wonderful patio which had far reaching view. The village had a couple of shops and a couple of restaurants which served good meals at reasonable prices.
We went in June and the sea was on the cool side which the Eastern Europeans don't seem to mind. Wonderful holiday

Sometimes commiting to a special family holiday in a place that we had not seen is a worry but the time taken by the owner to explain everything was excellent and the property certainly lived up to all our expectations.

What a lovely property, So much space and unusual to find a villa on the Dalmatia coast. The owners seem to have thought of everything when furnishing the property. The american fridge and Table tennis table were real highlights.

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Suzie, the location, views and standard of accommodation was great. The service provided through the booking system and arrival process was excellent. I would recommend this property to all age groups.
