Relax year-round in our lakefront contemporary all-season home. Our newly furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bath home can brighten any day with all its cathedral ceilings and oversized windows. Bask in the sun or BBQ on our roomy 10 x 40 foot deck overlooking the lake surrounded by shady trees.

This amenity-filled gated community is situated on a 2 1/2 mile long private lake across from the Hudson river. A beautiful and well maintained community offers tennis & basketball courts, driving range, and a short walk to a nice sandy beach, pool, clubhouse & playground.

If you prefer to stay home, you may swim from our beach front, relax on our beach deck or take a ride in the canoe. For winter fun, enjoy skiing with your family at either Hunter or Windham mountains and also Butternut or Catamount in the Berkshires. When you come home, store your skis in our outdoor locker and sit by the warm fireplace sipping hot cocoa.

We are located 2 hours from NYC across from the Hudson River. We are near shopping, an assortment of restaurants, deli's, fresh farm stands, antiques, golfing, fishing, bowling, movies, go-carts and skiing. 30 miles north is the capital, Albany. Saratoga, 1 hour and beautiful Lake George, 1 1/2 hours away.

There's also Howe Caverns and the famous family-oriented Zoom Flume water park, only a 30 minute drive.

Wonderful Vacation Home!!!

We with 2 other couples came up from the city and stayed at this lovely and cozy home for a very relaxing weekend retreat last week. Everything was exactly as pictured - the deck overlooks the pristine lake, which made for very pleasant outdoor sitting. We made use of the canoe and the peddle boat which enabled us to really appreciate the gorgeous scenery. We will definately come back in the future! Thank you so much Alexis!

It was so good to hear from you this morning. Oh my goodness, did we EVER have a great time in your lovely home. It is just super in every way. We couldn't have had a better time this weekend and your home was so comfortable and just wonderful. You have taken the time and effort to be so completely accommodating and thorough tending to the comforts and needs of your rentors and it shows everywhere you look around the house. Fantastic job.

My daughter said, " Mom could we come back and rent this house every year and make this our yearly vacation spot".  My family fell in love with the lake, your home, and just having a wonderful place to make special memories.

We just loved the lake and the fall foliage was awesome too.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. The memories we made while there are so very special to us all.

Last year we went on a Disney Cruise,and the boys thought that this vacation ranked right up there with the cruise. My family and I stayed at the house Memorial Day Weekend. The home was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed having BBQ's on the back deck that overlooks the lake and going out in the canoe. We hope to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the pool and to swim in the lake. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place to go.
