Recently refurbished 5 bedroom, 3 bath house just a few hundred yards from Narragansett Town Beach and Pier Area! Enjoy being steps from all the action without the noise or parking hassles. The house is 2500 sq. ft. on a corner lot in an established year round neighborhood with no adjacent neighbors on any side! The house features both an upstairs and downstairs family room! Let the kids (or relatives) have the downstairs and keep the upstairs for yourselves! Outside shower and covered storage for beach chairs, etc. Family rooms and all bedrooms are cable ready. Enjoy the 15 X 10 foot upstairs screened-in deck facing west for the sunsets. The house's landscaping has been completely redone! The upstairs features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with nook, dining room, and a large, open family room that leads to the upstairs covered deck. The downstairs features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, family room, and a storage/laundry room. Outside features a paved driveway accommodating 5 cars.

Swim, sunbathe, surf, or just walk along the magnificent sea wall. Enjoy walking to Narragansett Pier, home of the famous Narragansett 'Towers,' one of the most photographed sites in Rhode Island. The famous Narragansett Pier is home to many restaurants, shops, and activities. Picture yourself spending a week or a month at New England's best beach where getting in the car is optional! Families will enjoy the short walk (200 yards) to parks and ball fields. The South County Museum (400 yards) offers tours and programs for all ages through the spring, summer, and fall. This location is a walker or runner's paradise with many scenic routes that are also stroller accessible.
