The house is 2500 sq. ft. on a corner lot in an established year round neighborhood with no adjacent neighbors on any side! The house features both an upstairs and downstairs family room! Let the kids (or relatives) have the downstairs and keep the upstairs for yourselves! Outside shower and covered storage for beach chairs, etc. Family rooms and all bedrooms are cable ready. Enjoy the 15 X 10 foot upstairs screened-in deck facing west for the sunsets. The house's landscaping has been completely redone! The upstairs features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with nook, dining room, and a large, open family room that leads to the upstairs covered deck. The downstairs features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, family room, and a storage/laundry room. Outside features a paved driveway accommodating 5 cars.
