Islandtime 1 is an island paradise with the old Florida charm. It's shell laden beaches dotted with coconut palms and warm green emerald waters are ideal for water sports. Located on Pine Island Sound gives you access to some of the best fishing in Florida! Snook, Redfish, Grouper, Snapper and Tarpon are plentiful in these waters. Just walk right out on your own dock and drop a line. Our modern living room with queen sized sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a screened in lanai makes watching the porpoises play and listening to the surf very relaxing. Included with your rental, you have access to the island club amenities and your own 4 seater golf cart to explore the island and visit our 2 island restaurants. Take advantage of Islandtime 2 next door for large family gatherings, give yourself space, while also enjoying each others company. With both rentals, you may accommodate 16 to 18 people. A great place for a family reunion.

Take advantage of all that Islandtime 1 has to offer. Relax with a cool drink on our large deck on the white sandy beach, stroll out on your dock to cast a line or just sit on the bench on the end of the dock and watch dolphins play, walk the beach and look for unique shells, enjoy the Blue Herons and Eqrets joining you for a stroll. Take your 4-seater golf cart to explore the rest of the island, stop at one of our great island decor restaurants for black beans and rice at Barnicle Phils or a great seafood dish at Mango's. Then take advantage of your island club membership for a dip in the pool or spa, try the fitness room or a game of tennis. Other amenities include fishing gear, kayaks and bicycles. They also have rental options such as, wave runners, boat rentals and other water sports. Water taxi is available for nearby shopping at Sanibel or Captiva and check out the fishing and shelling guides. Stay busy or stay quiet-either one is acceptable on North Captiva.
