1/2 mile walk to Red River Beach (ocean beach) and close to several beaches in Harwich & Chatham. The house is close to the Cape Cod Bike Trail, several golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, and the high speed Nantucket ferry. The property is on a private, 4 house cul-de-sac that abuts conservation land and Skinaquit Pond. Great for a family. This house includes a 400 sf sun room and a large private back yard deck off the living room sliders. Great entertaining house.
