The house is close to the Cape Cod Bike Trail, several golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, and the high speed Nantucket ferry. The property is on a private, 4 house cul-de-sac that abuts conservation land and Skinaquit Pond. Great for a family. This house includes a 400 sf sun room and a large private back yard deck off the living room sliders. Great entertaining house.Air Conditioning

My husband and I have stayed here several times. It is the best location- great beach walking distance Red River Beach or very quick drive, nice area to get in a early morning jog too. Easy to get to downtown Harwich and Chatham too. The deck is great; peaceful, spacious, great for afternoon resting, happy hours and bbqs. Also wonderful that the house has air conditioning - so sleeping on very humid nights is comfortable. Spacious living room and add-on room too. Looking forward to returning.

Great location - in the heart of Harwich!

I have stayed in this house for years now and you can't beat this location. It's a short walk to Red River beach and into town, and a short drive to Chatham and to the highway. The house itself is comfortable for a family, with numerous sitting areas and a great deck for a bbq. Plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops near-by!

Great location --- short walk to nice beach and only a short drive to HarwichPort shops and restaurants --- a couple of good locations to eat or drink within walking distance. Nice clean house with spacious deck overlooking woods and pond. Can't miss location! Would recommend to anyone! Owner very accessible for any questions.

We love this house!

Our family has stayed here for several years now. We love the location (dead end street near the beach, the ponds, the bike trails), the house itself (very casual, great deck for eating outside, air conditioned for the hot summer days, lots of seating and large tables for family game nights) and a great owner who goes out of his way to make us feel welcome every summer! We highly recommend this house to families who want to enjoy the cape in a great location, in a great house with wonderful owners!

Very livable vacation house

Rented last summer after visiting the house several times. It is in a very mellow neighborhood, not far from the beach. You can walk to the beach and around the surrounding community. The Cape Cod bike trail is nearby. The house has an enormous family room plus a livingroom/dining room near the kitchen. There's lots of elbow room. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Off the living room is a huge, private deck. The house is on a cul-de-sac so kids can safely run around and ride bikes. Very clean with all the amenities of home.
