This unique executive home ideal for large groups and corporate events. This 5200 square foot spacious home has lake views from most of the house, 2 complete kitchens upstairs & downstairs including 4 ovens and Wolf stove, living room with vaulted ceilings, poker table and blackjack tables. The home is complete with hydronic floor heating throughout.

Skiing, gambling and casinos just a 7.5 mile drive away!!

Downstairs has a family room complete with a big screen TV and blu-ray DVD player, gorgeous pool table, dry sauna, large indoor spa, and a built-in bar like no other! There are wall-mounted TVs in the master bedroom and two other bedrooms as well as TVs in the upstairs living room and kitchen/dining area. The master bedroom and upstairs living room are also equipped with blu-ray DVD players. Nicely furnished with comfortable mattresses in all five bedrooms. 3 fireplaces (gas, electric, and wood).

Two deck areas for super entertaining with plenty of seating, gas BBQ. On half acre lot for privacy. Appx 6.5 miles to non-stop action of the casino district, and the downhill slopes of Heavenly Ski Resort. Hiking trails in neighborhood area..miles of trails to forest and Cave Rock. This home used to entertain the stars back in the days!

Old House with Nice upgrades

It took over two months to get my deposit back which was sent to Karen, the property manager, in January 2012 for my stay in July. I sent numerous emails asking where my deposit was and finally got a nasty email back from the property manager's husband after I filed a complaint with VRBO and BBB. The situation with the deposit could have been easily avoided with a simple email response to one of my emails. This is older home which was advertised as handicapped accessible, it is NOT. Beds were good, nice kitchen(s), stove and big house with lots of room. But old bedroom and bathroom doors stick and need to be realigned. Shower doors don't shut tight and leak. Exhaust fan in hot tub room is very noisy, especially at night. Policy requires it be left on 24 hrs per day. Several sinks run very slow and need attention. House gets very hot in afternoon, 85 degrees, due to large glass windows. We tried windows open and closed but had no effect. You can hear noise from highway 50 below. This house is listed on other vacation websites, who state they are the property manager(s).
Owner's Response: This house was under different management at that point. As of 9/1/2012 this house is now under the management of World Class Property Management Inc. We have all deposits back to the renters within 2 weeks.

Beautiful Home and Views

This home was perfect for our intimate wedding reception on 06/30/2012. The location was perfect only 5 miles from Round Hill Pines where we were Married. Very close to the beach, and South Lake Tahoe. We were able to see some of the fireworks on 07/04/2012 from the upper deck at the cabin. Very peaceful, relaxing, and you could always find a place to get away in the cabin. The indoor sauna and Hot Tub was very nice. Tons of room and the upstairs kitchen was wonderful for cooking. We had a great time staying there with the family and enjoyed our time alone there as well after all our family had gone back home. Definetly perfect for family getaways!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The house is HUGE!!

Wow! I swear this house would be perfect to place hide-n-seek. There are so many rooms that if you are there with a large group, you will end up losing someone in the house at some point of your stay. There is plenty to do and having 2 kitchens was awesome! Love the disco ball and lights over the hot tub and the guys really enjoyed the pool table. The house was clean and very comfortable. The master bedroom has a very odd square, step down tub with a swan water spout. Seems very old and not useful at all. It will make you laugh just looking at it. I was a little disappointed with the property management company because their contract seems so strict but when we showed up there the keys to the house were supposed to be in the house and they were nowhere to be found. Obviously, the last tenant must have took them. We just used the garage code to go in and out...but still, they didn't notice they were missing when the last people checked out. All in all, the place is worth it. It's close to a Safeway and the Casinos are a short drive away.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers
