Fully equipped, sharp 2 bedroom, 3rd floor, quiet condo, facing directly on the intercoastal waterway. Private beach access to world famous and award winning Crescent Beach, known for its white-powdery-quartz-sand. Beach, dining, shopping, and grocery all within short walking distance. Large living/dining room opens to the lanai that directly overlooks the intercoastal waterway. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms are spacious. Just 20 minutes from the Sarasota airport or 75 minutes from the Tampa International. Only 90 minutes to Bush Gardens and 2 hours to Disney World Orlando.
