'SUNKIST'! You won't believe the views from this totally renovated beach house in a gated community in the Surfside Beach/Garden City area of the Grand Strand. There are unrestricted ocean-views from the deck, living room and dining room of this beautiful home. 30 yards from the beach. Renovations were completed for the 2006 rental season. The separate first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchenette, as well as a furnished patio and porch swing. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, dining room and full kitchen with breakfast bar. The house has a large deck facing the ocean which is equipped with table and chairs, rockers, and lounges. There is a second floor laundry room with washer and dryer, and an outside hot/cold shower. The facilities in the community are all available for your use and include 2 swimming pools (1 indoor), tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and fishing lakes.

Great Place to Stay!!

This house is absolutely fabulous. I have to admit my initial disappointment when we first arrived because I thought we actually would be staying ocean front. But when we went inside and realized that we were not hindered from seeing or hearing the beach we were totally satisfied. This house is everything we hoped it would be. It provided lots of room for 3 small children, one teenager, and 6 adults. It is clean and has every amenity and comfort of home. Everything for entertaining the children as well as the adults was available or "just around the corner." I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great escape.
