Beautiful, spacious, air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in Wellfleet's conservation area with deeded pathway to the bike trails leading to the National Seashore and many beautiful beaches. This custom-built contemporary features a combination great-room, dining-room, kitchen combo with a fireplace, ceiling fan and 2 sliders to the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, cookware and dishes. There is a beautiful living-room with a grand piano and a queen-sized sleeper-sofa, large gardens both front and rear, lots of space for entertaining. It features beautiful hardwood floors, lots of windows, sunlight, cathedral ceilings and skylights. The first floor also features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a huge bathroom with a hand-painted mural and a gorgeous Jacuzzi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each (one converts easily to 1 king-sized bed), a full bathroom and a reading area.

This unique home features a fully finished basement which can function as a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized futon, comfy furniture and many games, puzzles, books, movies and more, plus a full bathroom and a very large laundry room. There is a spacious deck with an outdoor shower, grill, deck furniture and a roll-down awning. The gardens have different areas for enjoyment - a meditation area, a pergola for a cool outside sitting area, a hammock just for lazing around. The house is newly furnished with all new beds, linens, furniture and kitchen appliances. Artwork and photography from local, well-known artists decorate the house. This house is a dream. It sleeps 8-10, has room for the occasional house-guest. It is a 5 minute ride or a 20 minute meditational walk through the trails to the beach.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful house. I was on Cape Cod to visit my sister who was in the hospital. It was wonderful coming back to a home as comforting as this one is. I was with some other family members, and all of us had ample space. The weather happened to be nice enough to take a walk and to sit out on the deck. Coming from the city as I do, the quietness of this house and the comfort it delivered made my stay so enjoyable. I especially loved looking out at the sky during the night from the skylight in the room I stayed in. I hope to come back again at other times when there isn't a crisis to deal with.
