Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath cottage on Walloon Lake. Cottage has modern amenities, fireplace, dock, private beach, etc. The cottage was built in 1996, situated 500 feet from it's private beach set in a secluded wooded area. The cottage's 2009 updates include hardwood floors, new kitchenware, bedding and other interior designs to make our home even more enjoyable for our renters.

Nearest Airport: Pellston at 20 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Interstate 75 at 30 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 10 Miles
There are endless things to do without leaving the cottage such as fishing, boating (cottage is very close to Bear Cove Marina, which rents jet skis, boats, etc.), rest and relaxation, walking trails, swimming, etc. We are are within a 15 min. drive to Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Walloon City, etc. These quaint towns offer movie theatres, 5 star golfing, art galleries, shopping, bowling, put-put golfing and much more!
