Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath home on Walloon Lake. Home has modern amenities, fireplace, dock, private beach, etc. Recently built in 1996, the home is situated on a private road in a picturesque and secluded wooded area.

The home's 2009 updates include hardwood floors, new kitchenware, bedding and other interior designs to make it home even more enjoyable for our renters.

Rental Information: Turnover day is on Fridays. We rent from Friday to Friday

Updates and Latest News: The home has had brand new hardwood floors installed upstairs along with new furniture and bedding.

Nearest Airport : Pellston at 20 Miles
Nearest Motorway : Interstate 75 at 30 Miles
Car: necessary

There are endless things to do without leaving the cottage such as fishing, boating (cottage is very close to Bear Cove Marina, which rents jet skis, boats, etc.), rest and relaxation, walking trails, swimming, etc. We are are within a 15 min. drive to Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Walloon City, etc. These quaint towns offer movie theatres, 5 star golfing, art galleries, shopping, bowling, put-put golfing and much more!
