Provincetown - just west of town center. Fabulous location - gorgeous view - beautiful setting. You are invited to make yourself at home in our lovely waterfront one bedroom apartment, part of a small condo complex in P-town's West End, just steps to the beach, shops, galleries, restaurants, boat rentals, grocery store, and the best coffee shop in town. This newly renovated 2nd floor unit offers a great water view, small private deck, one tandem parking space, fully equipped modern galley kitchen, full bath with shower, wireless Internet access, hardwood floors throughout, dimmers on interior lights for atmosphere, queen-size memory foam bed with luxurious 600 count Egyptian cotton linens, walls newly painted in soft shades of lavender and peach, all new stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. In addition, the condo complex offers a large furnished common deck on the beach, laundry facilities, garbage recycling, and bicycle shed. This condo is on floor 2 of 2.

This is a great condo that is in excellent condition. The views of the water off the deck are wonderful and peaceful. The location is perfectly situated close to everything in the West End. We could not have asked for anything more.

Wilderness was very gracious and made sure that our stay was a pleasant one. The gift basket and flower arrangement were greatly appreciated and made us feel welcome the minute we walked through the door.

This is a fabulous condominium that looks EXACTLY like the photos on the website. The furnishings, decor and bathroom facilities are all attractive, high quality and in excellent condition. The space is laid out very well and feels larger than the square footage. The location is outstanding with a lovely deck overlooking the bay and another deck with clean comfortable outdoor furniture very close to the beach. The condo is also close to everything in the West end.

Wilderness is a gracious and highly attentive landlord who made extraordinary efforts to assure my stay was ideal including a gift basket and flower arrangement upon my arrival. Finally, the unit is immaculately clean. I have stayed in numerous condo's and guest houses throughout Provincetown over many years. This unit is at the top of my list of places to stay in Provincetwon.

An absolutely wonderful space in the perfect location! Extremely clean, comfortable and wonderfully decorated! We marveled at and very much appreciated all the very welcoming details. Beautiful water view from the entire condo and private deck. Within walking distance to everything! Wilderness is a pleasure to deal with -very attentive, thoughtful and welcoming. Can't wait to stay again next year!!

I spent 19 glorious days in this condo. I arrived during the Harvest Full Moon and drove into the driveway abutted by a harbor drenched in moonlight - an omen for my days ahead . . .

From the moment I opened the door, I felt comfortable and by the time I departed I felt I was leaving home. The space was clean, pleasing to the eye, comfortable and very well equipped. I have stayed in many units in town over the years and must say this condo is the first I have rented that had everything I sought. The location is perfect and the decks, beach access, laundry facility and beautiful view of the harbor all add to this comfy space. I feel fortunate to have discovered this unit.

Sunrises over the harbor and drifting off to sleep with intermittent sounds of a distant fog horn are the memories I fondly hold of my time in this space . . .

Wilderness is beyond a mere host/landlord. She is gracious, helpful and attentive (Mom like) – very smooth to work with. I would recommend this condo for anyone visiting town and I surely will inquire as to its availability as my first choice for future visits to Provincetown.

What a great condo, very modern with unique decor, excellent location & parking. The great views of the ocean and sun deck are a plus. This condo is a greta place to stay when visiting P-Town.
