Photos and Description of the Provincetown vacation condo rental studio with loft, 1 bathroom

This roomy studio condo is located in the Beach Point (far East End) section of Provincetown. The unit has a parking space and beach access, and the shuttle to P-Town center stops in front of the condo complex. Amenities include a private patio and a sparkling pool, shared with only eight units. This unit includes a futon in the living area and a loft. Other convenient items include cable TV, VCR, telephone, clock radio, CD player/radio, coffee maker, microwave, ceiling fan, desk fan, cooking utensils, stove, half-refrigerator, grill, and a toaster oven. The unit is very sunny (skylight and large windows) and decorated beautifully with prints from a local artists. Even during the hottest weeks of the summer, a bay breeze will moderate the temperature in the condo unit.

Because the shuttle to Provincetown center and Herring Cove Beach stops right in front of the condo complex, many renters have enjoyed leaving their cars behind at the condo unit. Others, especially those with children, have enjoyed the bay beach located right across the street. Bike trails, beaches, shops, restaurants, and nightlife in P-Town and Truro are located only minutes away!

We love staying here! Dave and Barry take great care of the place. It is clean, bright and quiet. Neighbors are friendly and location is perfect for getting away from it all.
