Description of the Sullivan vacation house rental
A newly built coastal waterfront house sits 75 ft. from its own private beach. Overlooking spectacular views of the ocean & mountains. Views from upstairs deck from master bedroom. Outside deck with fire pit over looking the water. Two full bathrooms with washer and dryer. Kitchen has automatic ice maker with plenty of counter space. Lots of room and comfy furniture. Decorated with wainscotting and antiques.
Walk a rocky shore and watch different tides come in. Perfect for safe swimming. Open kitchen & dining room with large glass windows facing nothing but water. Glass screen porch faces the water too. French doors to large living room filled with books for your reading pleasure. Located off the main road but close to all major attractions.
If more room is needed, there are also cabins located on the 14 acre property. Perfect for family reunions! Located on Schoodic National Scenic Byway.

Enjoy kayaking, swimming, & fishing off our shore of Flanders Bay. At low tide dig for clams and mussels just like us Mainers. You can eat your own catch! There is a lot of room for walking & playing in our fields. Buy fresh lobsters in our local fishing villages.
We are about 35 min. to Acadia National Park & Bar Harbor. Whale Watch, puffins, deep Sea Fishing boats are all available in Bar Harbor. Visit Light houses, Art gallery, antique Shops, Maine Pottery and LL Bean Outlet. Lots of golf courses, go-carts/ waterslide park & Pirate's Cove miniature golf. We are 15 min. to Schoodic Point , apart of Acadia. Lots of hiking and climbing.
Enjoy the natural surrounding of beauty in Maine, the way life should be.
