This is a great family home, we live here all winter so the house is fully equipped and ready for you! There are three bedrooms, and two very comfy couches, a living room, dining room, kitchen, front porch and enclosed porch. The deck with hot tub is directly on our private beach, with an outdoor shower for rinsing off. Parking available for 5 cars. Just step out the door and you are on one of the nicest beaches on Cape Cod Bay. In addition to being right at your feet, the water is lovely, warm and clean. Parents can watch their children hunt for clams, crabs, and shells from either the deck or the hot tub! We also have some fishing rods for you to catch stripers or blues right off the beach. The house is fully functional with everything you need to have a great week. Just bring your swimsuit and some friends for a great getaway.

We are directly on the beach. So swim, fish, walk, sunbathe, read, play, soak, dance on the beach, or just relax, all right outside your door. Our home is within an easy bike ride of the National Seashore (there are also parking lots). The Provincelands offer oceanside beaches and sand dunes, as well as miles and miles of bike/hike/blade trails. Spectacular scenery and great bird watching await you in this national park, so bring your camera or your paints. Provincetown is only two miles away, and a shuttle runs right by the door for only $1 per person. Provincetown offers an incredible variety of activities from fine dining to art galleries, live music, plays and some of the best shopping in the state.
