Located in Saint Germain des Près, at foot steps of the prestigious Luxembourg Garden, a few minutes from the Bon marché, walking distance to the Seine River.

This 80 square meter apartment is located on the 5th floor of a 1900 building with elevator and has been renovated and decorated in a modern contemporary style. It features two bedrooms and two baths, a spacious living and dining area, and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is very bright and sunny, and very quiet as the building faces 2 inside courtyards.

What a perfect apartment....beautifully furnished,
fabulous location close to all the sites and wonderful
markets and shopping. We truly felt as if we were at
home...we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
