CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (a document issued by a local government agency certifying a building's compliance with applicable building codes and other laws, and indicating it to be in a condition suitable for occupancy).

Located 1/2 mile (10 minute walk) to the waterfalls, two blocks to the casino and restaurants, Niagara House blends in comfortably in a safe secure neighborhood of professionals in the 'village' of Niagara Falls. Secure parking is provided via easy motor access from major highways that also provide direct routes to major shopping centers and area attractions; all within a few minutes drive. / Access to the Niagara Falls State Park and riverside is a short one minute walk, then stroll downstream along the rapids to the Goat Island waterfall, Three Sister Islands, the American Fall and picnic areas. Note: no alcohol is allowed in the state park.

Very Close to nigra falls

If you want a place close to Niagara river and falls, this place can be well considered.
The overall experience in the house was good.

Few things i would recommend:

1. Bedding of all rooms to be changed especially on the second floor.
2. Should be more clean than it is.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Overall, place is convenient and comfortable. Updated sheets could be useful. Couch is a little outdated and a little worn out.

I left my sweater and owner was kind enough to mail to me. I appreciated this gesture. Thanks.

The house is old but clean and roomy. The beds were great, the seating for the living room not adequate. The location is excellent for anyone going to the falls as it is within walking distance. There were 7 in our party and there were only 2 washcloths, 3 hand towels, & 6 bath towels & the dishes, silverware, & cooking utensils were inadequate. If we hadn't had plastic silverware, a large fry pan, & a large saucepan with us, we wouldn't have been able to fix our meals as planned. One of the property managers kept blocking the driveway which was a pain!

Pleasant stay and excellent behaviour from owner

We recently stayed there and we felt good on an overall basis. Plenty of space. Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator were in good condition. There are two balconies on the second floor. One which is shown on the image and one on the back side which is accessible from two of the three bed rooms. Every advertising word from the owner is absolutely true; there is no hiding. Only problem is with internet. There is no physical internet connection in the house. Un-Secure Wireless connections are available though. If you face any issues there, give a call to the owner, she is helpful.
