This beautiful home is located one mile from the Atlantic Ocean at Long Sands Beach. It has a Cape Cod exterior with the interior primarily on one level that opens to a great room with a wood cathedral ceiling and a loft.

An arched window over double French doors lead to a large wraparound mahogany deck, great for relaxing after a fun-filled day at the beach. The kitchen has hickory cabinets with granite counter tops, and an eight-foot breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a marble bath, including jacuzzi tub, 4 foot shower with seat and 2nd full bath with full size washer and dryer. Hardwood floors throughout. Watch the Red Sox games on a 42 inch HD TV.

Booking your week and deposts: Rentals require a 50% deposit at booking. The remaining balance along with taxes and a $300 security deposit must be received and cleared no less than 3 weeks prior to the rental period.

Private but minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of York and other tourist attractions - Water Country, York Wild Animal Kingdom, Kittery outlet shopping, and the seaside villages of Ogunquit and Wells. There's fishing, whale watching, kayaking, and golf available nearby as well as some great restaurants for the ever-so famous Maine lobster. Portsmouth, NH close by.

This home on York Beach is wonderful. Beautifully decorated, well maintained and very private. The owner was very accommodating and great to work with. York Beach and nearby Ogunquit Beach provided hours of enjoyment for our family. A very relaxing getaway!
