Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Triple your pleasure with ocean, harbor and sunset views from this inviting "cottage" unit in North Coast Village! The cottage units have their own exterior entrance and this particular end unit on the first level has windows on three sides which flood the condo with sunlight.

Under new ownership as of August '07, the condo has been upgraded with new furnishings, 42" Plasma TV in the living room, 32" Plasma tv in the master bedroom, and a TV in the 2nd bedroom, all on cable, DSL internet, new king size pillowtop mattress and bedroom furniture in the master, luxurious Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, two twins in second BR, new bartop patio furniture on a huge deck taking advantage of unobstructed views of the harbor and beach, new BBQ, two new ceiling fans, Egyptian cotton linens, plush towels and accessorized in a tropical decor! The kitchen is fully stocked. Everything you need for a complete relaxing vacation is here including beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels!

Just across from our condo is the Oceanside Harbor, within walking distance, where there is a variety of good restaurants little shops and there is also fishing from the pier. Small boats and other ocean "toys" are available for rent at the harbor and large charter boats make daily fishing trips. Whale watching is also available in season.

The Coaster (light rail) makes several trips to Old Town San Diego, and downtown S.D. It also goes north along the coast to Los Angeles and is relaxing and enjoyable to view the countryside and beaches without having to drive. The fares are extremely reasonable.

Grounds at North Coast Village are meticulously maintained to create a feeling of being in a tropical paradise. A stroll around the property is tranquil. It truly is an enjoyable environment for both children and adults! Make your vacation escape to our condo in fabulous North Coast Village!

My family and I have used this little piece of paradise two years in a row and pray we can continue using it each year. The condo is absolutely beautiful and located close to the beach. The owners are fantastic to work with and make sure your every need is satisfied. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone!!!

Debbie. We completley enjoyed our stay in the North Pacific condo. You were so kind and responsive and your description of the remodeled was understated. High thread count sheets, "Tommy Bahama" Island feeling with the use of comfortable sofas, dine area, and the deck with the view of ocean and harbor was great! We used the provided BBq a lot and enjoyed being able to cook at the unit and enjoy the plasma TV's. The internet access was great! The kids loved the easy access to the ocean and thanks for the boogie boards and beach towel use. We are coming back next year. They don't have anything like this in Arizona! Cynthia & Dale

Debbie the owner was great and very helpful, if you need anything she is just a phone call away. Our stay was fantastic; the unit is well worth the money spent. It was comfortable and relaxing with everything you need. With 2 teen aged boys who basically stayed on the beach the whole time gave my husband and me a great time to relax and explore the area. This is a five star place to stay.
