What a perfect spot for a family reunion or getting a large group of friends together! The east side location provides plenty of afternoon sunshine and gorgeous sunsets! A gently sloping 2 acre lawn takes you down to a very clean weed free beach complete with a deck and dock. The large lot is bordered by woods and gives lots of privacy. Since the property is so large, you do have to walk approximately 100 yards(length of a football field) to reach the water. However, for those who don't wish to walk, there is a pathway on the edge of the property to drive down. Over 3000 sq. ft. and 3 levels of house will give everyone enough space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are equally spaced with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each floor. All 3 bathrooms are newly updated with ceramic tile and are very clean. The finished basement has a laundry room and a large family room that leads out to a patio. The main floor has a living room, kitchen, den, and dining area which has French doors.

Owasco Lake is a hidden gem among the popular finger lakes. It is mostly made up of local year round residents and therefore very quiet. It's a great spot to get away from the hustle and bustle! There is a lot to do here however, with the many water activities, museums, hiking trails, waterfalls, golf courses, state parks live theater, and wineries.

Notes: There is an extra refrigerator on the lowest level for extra groceries or quick drinks! Wireless Internet access will begin in summer 2009. The beach is wonderful with a nice gradual walk out into the water. Crystal clear waters and lack of weeds make this spot great for swimming!

Area attractions include wine tours, the northeast's biggest newest Bass Pro Shop in Auburn only a few miles away, the Harriet Tubman Home, The Seward House, Women's Rights Museum, and tons of parks and trails with waterfalls to hike. Merry-Go-Round Playhouse a couple miles away gives wonderful performances. The Renaissance Fair which takes place all summer is also fun for both adults and children. On site is a volleyball net, basketball hoop, tree swing, bonfire pit, a nice open grassy lawn for kids to play, a rowboat, dock and swimming of course! There are also two TV's with a DVD player, cable TV, and a piano.

Golf: There are at least 5 golf courses within 15 minutes of this home.
